Meet Elnaz Samadifar

Founder of Source It Dental Elnaz Samadifar is the driving force behind Source It Dental, a revenue cycle management company that helps dental practices handle claim submission, follow-up, and accounts receivable with precision and care.


She started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 2008 and moved into office management in 2010, gaining first-hand experience in

both the operational and financial sides of running a dental practice.

With a Master’s degree in Health Systems Management from George Mason University, Elnaz combines her clinical experience with advanced expertise in healthcare operations.


She understands that outsourcing your office’s financial work isn’t always easy—she’s been in your shoes. That’s why in 2021, she founded Source It Dental: to provide dental offices with the same accuracy, accountability, and dedication she expected from her own team. Her mission is simple—help practices streamline their financial workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue, so dentists and their teams can focus on what matters most: patient care.
